Jeanette's green eyes looked over the rink for a moment. She was a little more chipper that the rink was empty at the moment. Her and Neils had laid into each other back at home and she ended up locking herself in her room watching the tapes for a while. For some reason though after about ten minutes she pulled out the two or three boxes there were full of trophies and medals, skating outfits and practice outfits, even some pictures, and of course her three pairs of skates. She didn't know why she had, but she had and that's why she's here now. She was dressed in some tights and shorts, a tight fitting shirt and a jogging coat to keep her warm, and on her shoulder rested a pair of white, scuffed up, and worn down skates. They were her best shoes and she always practiced with them. Her hair was tied back in a ponytail to keep it out of her face.
Her eyes scanned the ice as she sat and exchanged her tenna shoes for her skates. She stood and stepped onto the ice glidding out to the middle. She turned on her iPod and turned it up loud enough to tune distractions out then set it in her coat pocket zipping up the pocket to ensure it wouldn't fall out. She closed her eyes and the picture of a cheering and clapping audience surrounding her in the rink. When she opened her eyes all she heard was music though. She moved away from the position she was in and moved to the ebb and flow of the music as if she was a ballarina on ice.
She arched her back backwards and held out her left leg in the air gliding along as her hands were spread delicatly like wings. She then straightened up and moved into a combination spin starting at standing straight, but she slowly moved into a camel spin then down to a catch foot spin and then back to a camel spin before she slowed the spin then went back to gliding around for another few moments. She took a deep breath for a moment before she moved int a double axel. She opened her eyes as she landed, but as always her knee couldn't take the force and it buckled under her causing her to fall flat on her butt. She frowned and quickly just got up and moved back into the spread eagle positions before she turned crossing over her legs to give her the speed she needed to do the lunge that came afterwards. She lunged and landed, but it was a wobbly landing. She kept going though. She wasn't one to give up so easily.

Ok, so he was at the ice rink just to see how many cute girls were here and then maybe he'd flirt with a couple of them. Since Thomas hadn't woken up yet and he didn't feel like going out for another jog. Since he'd already done everything that he normally did in the morning. Maybe he was just bored because he actually had a ton of energy this morning since he hadn't been out partying last night like he usually did during the weekend. He was completely sober but that was only because he'd spent most of the night talking with Thomas about things after he'd arrived at his house. He was glad that he'd came over though since it was clear that he'd been really stressed out. After he'd gotten him to relax he'd tossed him some pain medication since he knee had started to get swollen up and he hoped that if he woke up before he returned that he'd have enough sense to stay off of it.
He shivered slightly as he stared out onto the ice, he hadn't really thought that an ice rink would be so cold. So he'd just worn a t shirt and a pair of jeans but he was regretting that. He swore that he could see his breath in here, then again it had to be cold to keep the ice from melting so he probably was seeing his breath. Just then a figure caught his eye, it was a girl out on the ice. She looked as if she was rather attractive and the perfect subject to try a new flirting method on. But he wasn't going to interrupt her, besides it looked like she had headphones on anyway. He watched as she moved around on the ice, she was rather graceful and it made him wonder if she was a good dancer. But he quickly shoved those thoughts aside, he wasn't looking for a girl to take clubbing with him. He jumped slightly when she fell but he knew that it wouldn't be wise to go out there since she probably would get up anyway. Not to mention, he was just wearing tennis shoes and he didn't want to fall on the ice. He watched as she got up and continued to practice, he honestly did not know how she could keep her balance on the ice.
It was just then that he wondered if this girl read the gossip column. If she did then as soon as he said his name then she'd know that he was the "resident alcoholic" as the article so nicely put it. At least the article hadn't mentioned anything about his tattoo maybe whoever wrote it didn't realize that he'd gotten one a few months ago yet. It was just then that another thought crossed his mind, could this girl perhaps be the girlfriend that Thomas had mentioned? If she said that then he definitely would lay off with the flirting, he didn't feel like getting punched by Thomas today because he'd flirted with his girlfriend. He quickly dismissed that thought, sure he knew that whoever his girlfriend was had done ice skating but he didn't think that she did anymore. Besides, lots of girls ice skated right so the odds were that this wasn't the one that was off limits.

She continued to flow with the music doing a graceful hand gesture or something along that lines when she saw fit. She crossed over her feet to build up her speed a little. She glanced around and noticed a figure watching him, but she just pushed it aside not thinking anything of it. She took a deep breath closing her eyes for a minute. "You can do this." She told herself calming herself some. She just went on and tried to do another double axel. She landed and again her leg gave out and she fell flat on her butt again. This time though she didn't get up for a few minutes. She sat there listening to the music for a minute as she rubbed her temple then looked down at her braced leg. "You're never going to let me see my dreams through are you?" She asked as if the brace or her knee could talk back to her.
She finally stood back up, but she just stood there for a minute with her back to Ryan as she listened. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath before she went back to skating, but when she turned around there he was still. She stopped and turned off her iPod and pulled out her headphones. "Can I help you with something?" She asked gently in that creamy thick Greek accent that some people had come to know.

He watched as she fell once again and once again he had to remind himself that he wasn't going to go out there because he knew that he would fall down. But still, after she hadn't gotten up right away he seriously was considering going out there. Since it wasn't in his nature not to help a nice looking girl. Especially if he knew that girl was single, but he didn't know that and he had to keep reminding himself of that. Since he really did not like stealing a girl away for a fling, and that hadn't made him very popular with some people. But most people knew that was just the way that he was, it was the same thing with the drinking. But between the drinking and the girls he'd ended up getting an awful lot of gossip. Sure some people said that he could never change his ways but the thing was, he just didn't want to. Besides, they didn't know that sometimes he drank just to try and get away from the haunting dreams that he had. The only person that knew that was his sister, she knew how much the death of his best friend at four years old had really affected him.
"Well, there is nothing that you can really help me with. I'm just here because I was bored at home. But I must say, you are rather good at skating." He said and then smiled at her, he'd never reveal the real reason why he was here to a girl. Of course, she might have figured out that most guys never came here unless it was for hockey practice. And he wasn't on the team and now that he thought about it this was the first time that he'd been here in ages. Since he didn't go to the hockey games since they just didn't interest him. He shoved his hands into the pockets of his jeans in an attempt to try and keep them warm. But his hands only warmed up slightly and in a few seconds they were freezing again. It was then that he noticed he had broken out into goosebumps, he made a mental note not to come back here without a sweatshirt.

She snorted a laugh of amusement as she glided over to the wall. "Yeah, if you call falling flat on you're butt every time you do a jump good then, I guess you're right." She remarked gently as she covered her blades and stepped off the ice then started to slip off her boots. She glanced up at him as she sat down and slipped off the first scuffed up and worn down boot then the next before she started to put on her tennis shoes.
She looked up at him frowning gently when she realized he must be freezing. "So do you come to the ice rink without a coat or sweat shirt often?" She asked teasingly looking up at him as she tied one of her shoes. She figured he was just someone from the hockey team. She didn't really know when they practiced and just considered herself lucky that she hadn't come when they were in the middle of practice or anything. She just had to get out of the apartment after the argument with Neils and for some reason it lead her here. Where her dreams had all started.
She brought her leg up to her chest resting the heel of her shoe on the bench so she could tie it up then did so with the other as she set her left foot back to the ground. She felt a heard the popping sensations that often came with bending her left knee these days and she winced at the prickling pains for a moment before she started to tie the shoe.

"It appeared to me as if you were not falling every time you jumped, you only fell twice. And trust me, I know of a few girls who wouldn't even be able to stay upright on skates." He said before grinning at her as he locked his eyes on hers. Usually with the first word he'd have girls getting drawn to him like a moth. But this girl was proving to be a little difficult to bring under his spell. Maybe she was the type that wasn't big on looks and words. If so then he might be pretty much done for, unless she considered being athletic as a thing to look for in a guy. Since he was on the cross country team and he was probably going to end up being on the basketball team too. People had told him he should be on the golf team but there was no way that would happen, sure he might be decent at golf but he wasn't going to give up track for golf.
"Well no, to be honest I don't come out here that often." He said and knew that she probably was laughing on the inside because of his stupidity. But he couldn't wait to get back inside of his car and turn the heat up. The last time he'd been this cold was when he'd gotten locked outside of his house during the winter without a jacket on last year. He could remember digging around in the snow trying to find the fake rock that had a spare key inside of it. He'd given up after a couple of minutes of searching because his hands had became to cold that he couldn't move them anymore. But luckily for him, the house cleaner had shown up and let him in. Then he forced himself to get back to the present, it wasn't like him to tune himself out from the real world when there was a pretty girl in front of him. What was he doing? Those few seconds of drifting off into space could have made him miss a very important detail.
He watched as she brought her knee up and he thought he heard it pop but he could tell that she'd been in pain since he'd saw her wince. "Are you alright?" He asked quietly, he hoped that she hadn't hurt herself when she had fallen the last time.

She let out a soft snort of amusement again. "That was a lunge and they don't have as hard an impact as a double axel, and if you didn't notice my landing on that was very wobbily and unstable." She said gently as looked at him with her green eyes locked on his. "And actually you would be suprised at how easy it is to stay balanced on the ice with skates. It's a lot easier than roller skates." She stated matter of factly. She looked back down to her tennis shoe as she finished tieing her other shoe and she very carefully and slowly eased her leg back down to the ground. She pulled on the straps of the brace to make sure it was secure then she reached for her messenger bag.
She was most definately laughing at his stupidety at the moment. It was common sence to at least bring a light jogging coat or something in unless you were going to be practicing hockey or a more strenuous activity. "Next time you may want to bring at least a light coat. Most people don't realize how cold they have to keep an ice rink until they're freezing their but off much like you are." She advised as she shoved the sleeves of her own jogging coat up to her elbows to help herself cool off now. She started to rummage through her bag and pulled out a bottle of water that was still somewhat frozen and a small bottle of what appeared to be prescription drugs.
She looked up at him confused for a moment as she dumped two of the pain killers into her hand. "Wha- oh, yeah, I'm fine. Nothing unusual these days." She said gently before she put the pain killers in her mouth and guzzled them down with a mouthful of water. She reached into her pocket and pulled out the blue iPod before she rolled the earbuds up around it and placed it in a side pocket of her bag. She slowly stood cringing at the feeling and sounds of her knee popping. She couldn't feel the pain, but she could still feel the odd popping and grinding sensations and she could hear it to. She walked over to him. "Jeanette Panagiotou. One of the Greek foreign exchange students." She stated gently in that sweet accent as she held out her hand.

Lunge, double axle they were all the same to him. He honestly didn't know a thing about ice skating so those words were like she was speaking a whole other language. Of course, he knew that she'd probably get confused if he started talking football. Even though he'd decided to switch to cross country last year he still knew a great deal about the game, and he still went to the football games when he could. "Really, well all of that is still really confusing to me. I'm not an avid ice skating fan." He said and then laughed slightly, at least she'd made eye contact with him that was a start. He was beginning to think that he should just stop this method of flirting and go back to his old way that worked twenty times better then this. "Well that's good to hear I guess, but I can't roller skate so there's no way that you're going to see me out there anytime soon." He said before smiling at her again as he rubbed his arms to try and keep them warm.
He didn't know when he would be out here again but he was certain that it probably wouldn't be for awhile. Unless he decided to try and find some girls here again. But he probably wouldn't since it seemed as if nobody really came here. Either that or they all came at a different time, he really didn't know. "I'll keep that in mind because honestly, the last time that I was this cold was when I was locked outside of my house for about ten minutes during the winter." He said and then ran his fingers through his hair, it was a habit that he'd picked up a very long time ago. Most of the time he didn't even realize that he was doing it. He listened to what she said about being fine, he didn't think that she was fine. Since if you were in pain didn't that usually mean that something was wrong? But if she insisted that she was fine then he wasn't going to press her. He watched as she pulled a bottle the looked like it was for a prescription and that sent his mind going once again. Could there be painkillers in that bottle? He knew that there most likely was otherwise she probably wouldn't be taking them right now.
It was just then that her name clicked, my god he'd been trying to flirt with one of his best friends girlfriends. "Shoot, sorry I didn't realize that you were Thomas's girlfriend. If he asks you if I was trying to flirt with you could you please tell him no? Because if you said yes then he'd probably punch me if you said yes." He said, now he really wanted to kick himself why hadn't he realized that this was Jeanette? Oh wait, yes he hadn't seen her if she didn't agree to say he hadn't been trying to flirt he'd try and use that as an excuse. He then shook her outstretched hand. "Ryan Andrews, also known as the person who is letting Thomas stay over for awhile. And I'm currently trying to get the swelling in his knee to go down." He said and then sighed, he'd been expecting Thomas to call him when he woke up and now he was beginning to think that he would sleep the whole day away.

She giggled sweetly at him. "Now you know how I feel with American football. No matter how much my brother explains it to me I seem to get all confused." She said sweetly looking at him. She smiled very sweetly looking down at the ground. "I wasn't planning on forcing you to come out there with me if that's what you thought." She said gently as she put the bottle of pain killers in her front pocket on her bag. She sipped onher water some more though.
She chuckled at his short story. It reminded her of when Neils used to run out in snow barefoot. "You Americans aren't accostumed to the cool weather in the winter?" She asked curiously looking at her. "Me and my brother both used to run around in the snow barefoot when we were little." She said sweetly looking at him. And the climates in Greece were much worse in the winter than they were in the states most often. She listened to him say that he was sorry for trying to flirt with her when he realized that she was Thomas's girlfriend. She chuckled as she listened to him. "Well, if he ever asks I can't lie, but I won't say anything unless he askes. I will tell him that you didn't realize if he seems mad about it though." She said very sweetly as she looked at him. " That's why I wasn't flirting back. I didn't want to get your hopes up. " She said gently bitting on her lip gently trying to hold back a laugh. She smiled gently and took her hand back gently placing it in her coat pockets. Her right hand capped and uncapped the tube of chapstick in it. "It's gotten that bad huh?" She asked gently frowning and shaking her head. She sighed gently as she looked down at the ground. She didn't mention the gossip column or anything. She knew that it wasn't something someone, who was now known as the "resident alcaholic" around there, to talk about.
"I wish I could figure out what's going through Alex's mind. I've already done everything I could to help and obviously it wasn't enough." She said gently looking out at the ice then back to him. She knew what it was like to go through what Alex was going through, but he was always so quiet and reserved and he used to be scared senseless of Thomas, but now she didn't know how he felt. She under stood at one point, but now she doesn't understand what's wrong with him. She had never gotten that far into her depression, with a little thanks to Neils on that. She wondered what all Thomas had told him about her and was debating on asking. "How much has he told you about me? Other than my name obviously." She said gently with a soft questioning to her tone.

She got confused about football? Well, he could see how you could get all of the positions and things confused but he hoped that she knew the concept of the game. Of course, she probably did but now that he thought about it, he knew who her brother was but only by name. He'd never actually met him but Thomas had told him some things about him, but not very much. "Well, I think that ice skating is a lot more complicated then football. I used to be on the team here until I switched over to cross country last year." He said and then listened to what she said. A mock sigh of relief came over him, so she hadn't been planning on dragging him out there. "Well, that's good to hear because I really didn't feel like falling down on ice today. The only time that I go on ice is when I'm out on a frozen lake for one reason or another." He said and knew then checked his watch, it was getting close to the time that he'd have to wake Thomas up to re-medicate him, since last night he'd had to practically force the pain medication down him. So he was almost sure he'd have to do that again.
"I'm used to cold weather it's just that when I was outside it was like one below out and I just had a light jacket on. I never was barefoot in the snow though, my parents would never allow that." He said and then made a face, when his was little his parents had been way too cautious with him. Now they were hardly ever home so it was basically just him and Jesse in the house since he didn't really see Clarissa that much. "Well, maybe he'll believe you if you say that because if I said something like that he might think that I'm just trying to weasel my way out of trouble or something." He said and then listened to what she said, she certainly was devoted to Thomas is she hadn't flirted back because she was taken. She probably knew that he simply went from girl to girl so he wasn't going to tell her that. And if she didn't know that, well he still wasn't going to tell her something like that.
"Yes, it's gotten that bad. His knee is really swelled up last night when he came over. I had to help him out of his truck because he couldn't even really move his leg at all. I was really close to just cutting the pair of jeans he had on off above the knee just so I could take a look at it." He said and then the image of that swollen up knee came into his mind again, it was hard to believe that Alex had done so much damage to him. According to Thomas is hadn't been as swollen before so that was why he'd been walking around on it. But maybe that was what had caused it to become so huge. He hadn't even been have to move him to one of the guest bedrooms like he had planned because Thomas hadn't made it that far. Right now he was situated on the couch but he knew that it wasn't the most comfortable place in the world. So he hoped that today or tomorrow he'd be able to get him moved to a bed. If the swelling didn't start to go down soon he was dragging Thomas off to a hospital no matter how much he protested though.
"You're not the only one who's ran out of ideas on how to help him. The last time I tried I got pushed down the stairs and ended up with a minor concussion and that kind of ended everything that I was doing to help." He said and then sighed, it was hard to believe that Alex and him were in the same grade since he seemed to different. It amazed him that his parents hadn't sent him away to a boarding school or something because they certainly couldn't handle Alex. He then heard her question and jumped at the chance to talk about something that wasn't about Alex. "Well, he told me that you were a nice girl that actually cared and he said that you were new here. He did tell me about how you tried to help Alex though And trust me, he's grateful that you tried." He said and then heard his cell phone start to ring he checked the number and realized that he needed to take the call. Of course once Jeanette heard who it was she wouldn't mind him interrupting their conversation. "I have to take this, it's Thomas." He said and then quickly dug his cell phone out of his pocket so that he could answer it.
"Hello...did you take any pain medication...you did well did you try using the heating pad again?...ok well try that and then just sit back and try and relax until I can get over there alright...is there anything you want me to get from your house...ok, well I think I can manage that...go back to sleep then...bye and remember, relax." And with that he hit the end button on his cell phone and looked back over at Jeanette. "He finally woke up after sleeping for close to ten hours. He doesn't seem as stressed out as he did yesterday. But, I've got to stop at his house and try and find a couple of things for him." He said before digging his keys out, he wasn't so sure if Thomas would want her to see him like he was now but maybe she'd be some help to him. "You can come along if you want, he might want somebody who's probably better at comforting then me there." He said and then wondered if she'd accept the invitation.

She smiled gently and chuckled softly. "I know the objective, but Neils is never a good person to explain something when he's just gotten a liking for it. He's better off teaching pointers to the soccer team at the moment." She said sweetly. She nodded gently in understanding. She looked out at the ice for a moment. She smiled looking back at him. She laughed softly and looked down at her feet.
"All the children used to do that for entertainment. It's a wonder none of us ever lost our toes. Now though there's so much technology that all they do is sit and do nothing." She said sweetly looking back up at him. She smirked gently and nodded. "Don't worry, if he doesn't believe you just tell him to ask me." She said sweetly as she watched him.
She nodded gently in understanding as to why he doesn't help with Alex. He had changed to much. They needed to send him to a hospital or something because it wasn't the Alex she ever saw in the pictures that Thomas had shown her. She looked back up and smiled gently when he said what all Thomas said about her. She looked at her pocets in thought. She looked to his phone when it started to ring. When he announced that it was Thomas she nodded and let him talk. She decided while he was chatting with him that she should check her phone. By now Neils would have discovered that she had left and he probably left at least twenty messages.
She listened to the first one and frowned. She just shook her head and decided she didn't want to hear any of the other five he had left. She just clapped it shut and looked around. She looked back to him and smiled gently. "I should have sent him home when he told me what happened last night on our date." She said gently frowning as she looked down at her pink razr with litle white flower outlines. She set it back in her phone pocket in her bag then looked up at him when he made the offer. She looked at the ice thinking for a moment before her green eyes fell back to him. "That would be really nice.Do you think I could un...maybe... stay the night if I feel like it?" She asked cautiously as her hands piddled with a zipper on her pocket. "Me and Neils kinda got into it and I just don't want to be around him at the moment and I'm pretty sure that that won't change by tonight." She said gently looking up at him.

He listened to what she said about making him go home after he told her. "You didn't know that it would get this bad. And trust me, I know that if he would have known that it was getting as bad as it was that he would have had enough sense to get off of it." He said as his eyes softened, he didn't want her to blame herself for things. This was just something that nobody had any control over. He heard her question about spending the night, that was perfectly fine with him. His parents were gone, like they usually were and he was sure that Jesse wouldn't mind if he explained things. "Oh sure, that's fine with me my parents are never home so you can definitely stay. I just have to run over to Thomas's house real quick and hope I make it out without getting pushed down the stairs this time." He said and then soon the two of them were literally flying down the road. The one thing that he liked about his fancy sports car was the fact that he could get places fast. And that was exactly what he needed today.
A couple of minutes later he was pulling up to the Dehart home and he turned to where Jeanette was. "You can stay in here if you want. Since I'm going to try and be quick. But if you want to come in you can, I'd just stay out of Alex's way." He said and then without another word he was getting out of the car and then running up the steps. He quickly opened the door and looked around. Alex wasn't in sight, that was good maybe he'd get out of here in the same shape he'd came in. He quickly ran into the kitchen and grabbed a plastic bag on the counter before sprinting off to the living room and grabbing Thomas's cell phone from the chair where he had left it the night before. He then heard movement upstairs and knew that it had to be Alex. He took a deep breath and ran up the stairs, almost falling down as he missed the top step. It was in the upstairs hallway the he encountered Alex. He could tell by the look on his face that he did not like him being here. Of course he knew why that was he'd been the only one who had really stood up to him, besides Thomas. "Look, I'm only here to grab some of Thomas's stuff so I'll be gone soon. You finally got your wish Alex, he's gone. But he'll be back, and he's going to be mad at you for messing up his knee." He said harshly and then watched as Alex glared at him, and he glared back.
It was then that he realized it was the wrong thing to do, Alex had been looking for a fight. And in the instant he was charged at so fast he didn't have any time to move. The next thing he knew Alex was running into him and he was falling to the ground. He quickly changed positions so that he wouldn't hit his head. He then hit the ground with such a force that the whole house seemed to shake. "Listen, I'm not looking for a fight to day so just leave me the hell out of your little game." He said sharply at Alex as he slowly got up. He ran into Thomas's room and quickly ran around and grabbed some more cloths and the money that had been laying on the dressed. As he stepped out into the hallway he realized that Alex was blocking the path. "If you move, I'll leave." He said as calmly as he could. But Alex didn't move he came at him again, but this time he jumped out of the way. But Alex came back again, and he suddenly felt his nails scraping down his arm. A moment later a trail of blood was running from his elbow to his wrist on his right arm. "You little son of a, look what you just did." He said, he was so angry there was a huge break in his sentence. Before Alex could do anything else to him he ran downstairs and somehow managed to get into the bathroom and grab some medical tape before running out of the house.
He ran into his car and locked the door, he wasn't going to take his chances with Alex. If he scratched his car, he'd pay for it. He then quickly began to wrap the medical tape around his arm. That would have to do until they got home.

She was relaxed the first few minutes, but then she started to pale as he sped up. She finally started to rumage through her bag looking for something. By the time he got them there and he had jumped out she had found a bottle of meds for her anxiety attacks. She could feel one coming on slowly and painfully, but she tried to keep her breath steady and deep as she worked the cap off. She relaxed some when the bottle finally opened and he just got in locking the doors. She looked at him and her eyes widened. "What the hell happened?" She asked looking up at him with the biggest face of surprise.
She felt the pain of the attack and took a deep breath before she quickly took the pill. She closed her eyes and took another deep breath. She looked to him frowning. "Don't go as fast as you were a bit ago. I don't mix well with fast driving." She said gently as she closed the bottle of anxiety medication and then slowly put it in her bag. with her pain killers
(Sorry for the shortness, but you know what happened and I was supposed to be upstairs to bed about seven minutes ago)

He continued taping his arm and he paused for a moment to study the scratches on his arm. He couldn't tell how deep they were but he could tell that there was four of them. A few moments later he finished up the taping job he made sure that it would hold until he got home and then threw the bag of things into the back seat. After that he looked over to where Jeanette was. He could tell that she was really surprised, weather it was because he'd came back with trails of blood down his arm or by the fact that he'd locked the door he couldn't tell. "Well, I go into the house and grab the stuff that was downstairs. I heard a noise coming from upstairs so I knew Alex was up there but I had to go up there. As soon as I get up there I told him that I was just here for a minute and he ran at me." He said and then started the car up again and began to slow drive back to his house. It wasn't that far so it would only take them under a minute to get there. "He slams into me and knocks me over and I'm surprised that you didn't hear me when I fell. But after I get up I go into Thomas's room to grab some things and when I come out Alex is still in the hallway. He runs at me again but I get out of the way and then he runs at me again and digs his nails into me before I run downstairs, grab this medical tape and get out of there." He said and sighed.
It was such a shame that Alex had gotten into that accident and then changed so much because of it. Since he'd been really fun to be around before the accident. For awhile after the accident he'd wondered if Alex had suffered any brain damage because of the way that he had changed dramatically. But that wasn't the case, something inside of him had just changed mentally. He pulled up to the house and looked over at Jeanette again. He hoped that she wouldn't be intimidated by the house's size, some people said it was actually a mansion due to how dig it was. But he didn't know, and he didn't care. "Feel free to look around if you want. I'm assuming that you'll want to see Thomas first though. And he should still be in the living room." He said and then grabbed the bag from the backseat before getting out of the car and jogging toward the front door.
As soon as he was inside of the house he was running toward the living room. The t.v. wasn't on but once he reached the couch where he'd left Thomas he realized that he was still awake. And once glance at his knee told him that the swelling hadn't went down yet. But it seemed as if Thomas had been obeying his orders to stay off of it. "So, it looks like we're going to have a day of fighting that swelling again. I brought somebody to see you though so that you don't have to talk to me all day. He said and then looked over to where Thomas, he didn't know weather or not he should except an answer. Since it looked like Thomas could fall back asleep again at the drop of a hat. Maybe that was a good thing so that he didn't notice the tape on his arm which was now stained red. He knew that he'd have to go and find something else to put on it since he was sure that if he kept that tape on there any longer that it would start to soak through. But he didn't want to leave.

She looked at him and frowned as she looked out the window at the Dehart house. "How could he escilate to something so horrible?" She asked gently looking out the window thinking. It was more of a thought than a questiong. She was glad that her brother had interveined before she could get that bad. She looked back to him and she felt a little better once they were gone. She sighed and looked at the house as they pulled into the driveway. She smiled gently and looked back to Ryan. "It's a very beautiful house." She said gently as she climbed out of the car. She stretched and she could feel the color come back to her face now that her anxiety attack had disappated.
She looked to him and nodded. "I need to get out of these tights first of all though." She said sweetly as she followed him into the house. "I can find it myself." She said sweetly as she walked through the house and found the bathroom. She quickly got out of the tights and put the shorts back on. She didn't really want Ryan to see her leg, but she didn't want to struggle with her jeans with the pain she was in with her leg either. She took off her coat and changed into a clean shirt and came out finding her way back to the living room. She watched them for a moment then came in and touched Ryan's shoulder gently.
"Instead of heat you should try an ice pack or something. It works a lot better most of the time, and plus it numbs it up for a bit. So once you get done taking care of that bring back two ice packs. Don't ask why two either, you'll figure it out soon enough." She said gently looking at him. She walked around the couch and looked down at Thomas smiling sweetly. "Hey, you. I thought I'd pay a visit when Ryan told me that you weren't doing to well." She said gently as she sat down on the edge of the couch looking at Thomas. She glanced down at his knee and felt sorry for him. She could saddly relate to being in his position. There were some days that she just overworks herself and she ends up spending the next few days on the couch or in her bed with ice constantly on her leg.
