Ok, so he was a little surprised when Josh told him to get in his car after he'd been ready to leave for going off for a midmorning jog. He'd gotten up late today since he usually would have went out running at five with Sean. As soon as he had noticed the direction that Josh was driving he knew exactly where they were going and he wasn't so sure if he liked it. They were heading off toward the school which meant that Josh had decided that today was the day that he was going to drag him off to the football field to either see if he could still play or to see how good he was. All the way over to the field he'd just looked out the window in silence and hoped that things would turn out for the best. Once they had arrived at the field he'd noticed Sean's car was there. Which could mean two things one, Mark had forced him to drive him there or two, Sean had somehow found out about this so he'd showed up to give him some support. He hoped that was the case because if Sean knew about this then he would have called Katie up and he could use all of the support he could get. Since he'd always been a little nervous when it came to playing against Josh in anything.
Ok, so he probably should have told Branden about where they were going and things like that. But he knew that he'd just get too nervous and then he wouldn't be as good as he was with other people. He'd always noticed how Branden always seem to under perform when the two played each other and he had hoped that by not telling him that wouldn't happen. He'd called Mark up and told him that he was bringing Branden out here to see what he could do and he had assured him that he'd be here. He'd also told him to bring Sean too because he hoped that having him there would actually make Branden as confident as he could be. Then again, maybe he should have found out Katie's number if he wanted that to happen, oh well the odds were that Sean would call her and tell her what was going on. Now that he thought about it though, Sean would have shown up here anyway because Mark was still on crutches and he really couldn't drive.
Branden quickly made his way over to the football field, he really wasn't too happy with Josh at the moment so he wasn't going to wait for him. As soon as he got there he noticed that Sean was pacing around on the track that was around the football field. About twenty feet away from him Mark was staring at the field and he appeared to be lost in some memory. But before he could even say anything to him Josh was in front of him and motioned for him to follow him onto the football field. Apparently Josh didn't care that the fields were technically closed at the moment. Then again, he probably thought that he could get away with it, of course he probably could. All he would have to say was that he was out there trying to teach him something. Then again, he might not even have to do that he'd probably just have to mention his name and people would leave them alone. He made his way out onto the field and the stopped at the fifty yard line where Josh had stopped.
It felt good to just be out on a field again. He hadn't been out here in ages, not since he'd dragged Mark out here one time because he'd wanted to see if he could still throw as far as he used to be able to. And he had been able to do that but after doing that he really hadn't even touched a football. But right now a ton of memories were going through his mind. One of his favorite ones was from his last year on the team though. It was the one where Branden had ended up plowing through the cheerleaders, he'd watched Sean end up doing that last year. Of course, he'd done that to the other team's cheerleaders so he figured that it was no accident. Mark had probably put him up to that one since it seemed like something that he would have done. "Listen, you don't have get all angry at me since I'm not out here to try and prove that I'm better then you. I know you're probably not going to believe that but its the truth. Now I was going to wait until Mark was cleared to actually run around again but that's probably not going to be for awhile yet." He said and then looked over to where Mark was he could tell just by the look on his face that he'd love to be off of those crutches and actually moving around at a faster pace. "I just...miss is that's all and I just want to see if I can still do this." He said and then looked over at Branden before jogging about ten yards behind him.
Mark looked over to where Sean was still pacing around, could he not sit still today? Don't get him wrong, he'd probably be pacing around too as he waited for Josh to actually get started with whatever he was planning on doing out here. But it just was that he was in a bad mood today because he was still on crutches and they were really starting to annoy him. He just hoped that he could get off of them soon so that he could be that much closer to actually going back to work. "Are you trying to wear a hole in the track or something?" He said with an irritated tone as he looked over to where Sean was. "If you've got that much energy why don't you go run around the track a couple of times." He said and then turned his eyes back to the field. Perhaps one of Sean's friends would show up and they'd convince him to stop going in circles. He'd started to get dizzy just watching him.

Katie'd gotten a call from sean earlier telling her about everything goin down....She had to work earlier in the morning from when the pool started up, bt she got off earlyand tried to get over to offer some confidence. So just getting out of the pool she went and changed drying her hair, getting dressed putting her makeup on, all the regular stuff she did after she was done in the pool....or just getting ready to go out before she got in her vette and made her way towards school.
She'd heard all about how Branden got nervous playing games and went into his own little world. But she'd never seen it, of course, part of it was probably the fact that during the games she was cheering, not realy paying attention to the players that werent close by on the field that were trying to make small talk with the cheerleaders....So she wondered if he'd be like that today.
She pulled up in the candy apple red vette the radio blasging out the open windows..... Getting out she made her way down the track towards the part of the field that the guys were at. She wore a pair of " fashioned" cutoffs, with holes in them, and a strappless white tubetop, she wore heels today they were a soft pink color and strapped across them. She made her way over to where Sean was pacing on the track and grinned shaking her head too much sugar today? she asked smirking looking out onto the field where branden was. His back was to her right now but that was ok. She recognized mark sitting there with his crutches and she went and sat beside him for now smiling and saying "hi" to him before turning her attention to the field for now

Sean looked up when he heard Katie talking to him, he had heard Mark he'd just chose to ignore him. "No, it's just that I'm probably as nervous as Branden is. And if Mark wasn't on crutches then he'd probably have me out there right now." He said and then looked over at the field again, it appeared as if Josh was getting ready for something. Branden still didn't look too happy about everything happening though. Of course in his opinion he didn't have to be nervous he thought that Branden was a lot better then Josh it just was that Josh got all the credit for things because he was older. But he'd never admit something like that when Mark was around because he probably didn't believe that. Since Josh and him were the same age and they'd known each other for who knows how long. And they'd been on the same teams and the two of them were probably as close as Branden and him were, if not closer since they'd known each other longer.
Mark jumped slightly when he heard a female voice come from next to him. He'd been so caught up in his own thoughts that he'd completely forgotten that other people would show up. He looked over at the girl and a split second later he placed her face with a name. Katie Clark, well he just hoped that Sean hadn't told her about his little comment about her being good looking that he'd made when he'd gotten ahold of last years yearbook. "So you're the girl that my little brother sprung from the hospital. I hope you know how hard it was keeping that nurse interested in what I was saying. It wasn't too bad though, and I did owe him for helping to get me out of there." He said and then looked back at the field a light sigh escaped him as he once again wished that he could be out there. Sean seemed to have understood the fact that it was hard for him just to sit here watching now. But he'd been being overly nice to him in the car and that was part of the reason why he had gotten annoyed at him.
"I could have told you that you could still do this. Because I know you, this is going to turn into some huge competition and then after this you're going to make me race you around the track or something." He said and then gave Josh an irritated look, he could understand why Josh would miss playing though. Since for some reason he'd went off to a college about twenty miles away that was medium sized but they didn't have a football team for one reason or another. He knew that Josh could have went to any huge college he probably wanted to on a scholarship for something. But, he was the one who decided not to and after he'd heard that he'd just wanted to push him onto one of those colleges and make him stay there. He didn't even know why Josh decided to stick around here when he could be off doing bigger and better things.
"First off, I can't force you to do anything. And second off, I know how nervous you are at the moment. Don't you think that I'm nervous about getting beat by you. I mean honestly, I'm lucky that Mark's the only one here that will be shocked by the fact that I know you're going to beat me." He said and then looked over at noticed that Katie was here now, he was tempted to tell Branden to turn around so that he would notice her. But knowing how Branden was right now he'd probably think that once he turned around he'd get tackled or something so he wasn't going to tell him that. "I'll start from right here then." He said and then threw the ball and watched as Branden easily caught it. But as soon as he did that he turned around and he watched as some of the tension seemed to go away which could only mean one thing, he'd noticed that Katie was there.

she smiled looking up to sean and grinning she grabbed his arm and pulled him over by his brother well your making ME nervous so you just sit yourself down she said laughing letting him go before sitting back down a prideful look on her face. Katie was known for having such a fiery personality in such a small looking girl. She didnt normally show fear though....When she did though it was usually one extreme or the other. she either acted as though nothing could get in her way or stare her down. or she'd get real shy and her face would turn red at which point you could tell that she was not being herself
She looked at mark and smirked a bit trying not to laugh when he looked a bit surprised she smirked and nodded ya, well thank you to you too, i owe you guys, I am NOT a hospital person she said smirking shaking her head and sean over there was sureeeeeee mr. spy over there, sneaking around the hospital like double O seven She said laughing watching the two of them....She saw somewhat of a resemblance though she wasnt sure much....At this point the most prominent thing in marks face was the fact on how muh you could tell he wanted to be out on the field...
Her attention turned back to the field and she could see Josh saying something to Branden, Branden looked tense to her though, nervous? that was probably it like sean had said. She saw Josh walk away a bit before throwing the ball and for a small fraction of a second she saw branden look over and she smiled waving before she saw him catch the ball, crossing her legs and sitting back ready to be up cheering him on more if need be as she was a cheerleader though she highly doubted he'd need THAT kind of confidence.

A look of shock appeared on his face as he was dragged down by Katie. If he wouldn't have known any better he would have thought that Mark did that. "Fine, but I hope you know that I can't sit still when I'm nervous so now you'll have to deal with me shifting around." He said and then looked over to where Mark was, he really did feel bad for him. Since he knew how hard it would be for him if he was suddenly told that he'd have to basically stop doing everything. But he would be glad when he was able to actually work again so that he could have a little more time off. He knew that Mark hated sitting around at the cash register at the hardware store. He watched as Josh finally threw the ball, but it was at such a small distance he thought that even his five year old cousin could have caught it. "For the record, my money's on Branden because I know that Josh hasn't even thrown a football in ages. Although he'd probably still in the same shape he was in high school. So I really hope that he doesn't decide to take on Branden and me." He said and then looked over at Mark was he waited for a reaction to that, if he would get one anyway.
"You're probably not as bad as me. Then again, I think that they knew that from the moment I came out of it from the surgery that I was going to put up a fight until I got out. Even while Sean was sneaking me out somebody out in our way and I was really close to just punching them. " He said before looking at Sean, he didn't know how he had broken up that little fight since he really couldn't remember too much about things that went on while he was being taken out of the hospital. "That's because I taught him the art of how to sneak into somewhere without raising any suspicion." He said before turning his attention back to Josh and Branden. What the heck were they doing? That was the smallest pass he'd seen in ages. Then again, maybe one of them was trying to build their confidence up. Nobody really knew it but Josh had a bigger problem with confidence when it came to sports when Branden did. Not to mention he'd actually punched a guy for invading his personal space while waiting for a game to start. "Don't worry, if he does that I'll put my money on you. You're so wound up today I don't think anybody could beat you." He said before leaning back slightly all of the sitting and just standing around he'd been doing lately was really getting to him.
"Josh, what are you doing? I think that we both know that you could have thrown further than that left handed. Now I don't need you to through piddly little passes like that." He said and then moved back farther so that he was about fifteen yards away from Josh. He then threw it and watched as the ball moved through the air. He had seen Katie wave but he hadn't wanted to wave back because he knew that Josh probably would have blown a gasket and told him to get his head in the game and to focus on nothing but the ball. If Josh kept an attitude like that up then he'd probably go after the people who were talking to the cheerleaders since they were not playing. He'd really hate to be those guys once they got Josh mad since he knew from experience that it wasn't very pretty. Of course he knew that he wouldn't be one of the people getting yelled at for that because he usually ended up playing most of the game and the very few breaks he got he spent watching his stand in try not to mess things up.
"Like I said, I really don't know if I'm any good at this anymore." He said as he caught the ball easily, Mark probably was one of the few people that knew about his major confidence issue. And he really wished that he'd been able to get a pep talk from him before doing this. But he'd been the stupid one and thought that he wouldn't need one and now he was regretting it. Sure he was throwing well and catching well but things just didn't seem..right. There had to be a way to stop what they were doing long enough so that he could just have a few words with Mark. Since right now he was feeling extremely off and Branden was sure to notice it soon. Aha, he'd tell Branden that he needed to speak with Mark because he needed to know if there was any money being bet on this. "Listen, I've got to have a small chat with Mark since I need to know if there's any money being bet on this whole thing. Don't ask go and talk to Sean if you want." He said before he started to jog over to where the group was.

Katie watched sean and smirked i can deal with that but the pacing makes me dizzy i dont know what it is....i can be a cheerleader i can flip through the air and spin around and move like theres no tommarow....but if i see someone else doing it it drives me up the wall seh told hiim smirking. She wasnt trying to act like an ego maniac or anything like that. It wasnt that she thoght that she was the only one that could flip like she flipped but she realy just didnt like watching everyone else do it or pace, pacing drove her up the wall. Her dad did it all the time on the phone and if he was DRIVING. he'd drive around in a circle around the block or something when he was in deep conversation. And that was eneough to drive her crazy.
Katie grinned well just for the record then, my moneys on branden too she said smirking. She'd hope that her money would be on Branden, they were together after all. Besides, she could just se them right now and Branden looked like he was doing better just looked...more loose and natural on the field, of course that could just be because of the fact that he'd been playing where as his brother hadn't played as uch at all.
She watched Mark and Sean talk and sat there quietly not saying a thing she had a mischevious look on her face though and her what some people would call " cute" girly oice piped in once more.... well i could beat all of you she said before busting up laughing though she still had that stubborn look on her face smirking....She was one to tell herself she could do anything even though half the time she probably wouldnt end up with the verdict how she wanted.... she would try hard though, she may be a dancer and a cheerleader...she was never realy into sports but if she had been more one to play the sports she had eneough drive to be great
She watched the guys play around with the ball some more and saw josh coming over. She thought mabey he'd have a moment and stood up walkind down from the second row bleacher she was sitting on looking over at him smile starting to come onto her face as she watched, she wasnt sure if he'd stay out nad practice or just think or if he'd come and talk or not

Sean noticed Josh start to jog over to where they were sitting and knew that it wasn't because he wanted to talk to him. He probably needed to really talk to Mark about something and he knew that it most likely had something to do with the fact that he knew that Josh could throw much farther then he had been. Which meant that now was the perfect time to go over and talk to Branden. Since he knew that he probably wouldn't come over and that he would just hang around on the field in his own little world. Then again, as he looked at Josh, he realized that Branden was probably in a lot better shape mentally then he was now. Since he could tell that Josh seemed to be slightly more edgy then he normally would have been. He quickly got up from his seat and made his way over to where Katie now was. "We'd better get out onto the field unless you want to be around to watch Josh get his head straightened out. He probably is off in his own world right now but he isn't going to mind being talked to trust me." He said quietly so that Mark wouldn't hear him talking. Then he made his way out on to the football field and made his way up to Branden before tapping him on the shoulder lightly since he was sure that he hadn't heard him.
He couldn't believe it, Josh was nervous and scared. Sure he knew that everybody did at one time or another. But he was the one who had dragged him out here for the sole purpose of playing against him. If Josh thought that he was doing a good job of hiding the fact that he was nervous he needed a reality check. Since he could tell that he seemed to be doing things much differently normally Josh would have been the one to move back first, not him. Not to mention he wouldn't have started at just ten yards apart. He felt somebody tap on his shoulder and he quickly spun around to see who it was. He should have known that it would either be Sean or Katie. "Oh my god Sean, Josh is nervous about playing against me. And he tell me that he misses playing, does he honestly think that I wouldn't play against him if he asked me? No, I would but still I just can't believe that. I'm probably talking at a hundred miles an hour but seriously, you wouldn't think Josh would be nervous you think he'd be Mr. Confidence because he's older." He said rather quickly before bouncing up and down a few times, he was in a really good mood now after hearing that from Josh. It meant that he didn't have the huge "I can do anything a lot better then you" attitude that he'd always thought that Josh had.
Josh didn't even look at Sean as he made his way over to where Mark was. He was in too deep of thought about things at the moment. What if Mark's pep talk didn't help? Sure it always had in the past but sometimes he'd be as bad as Branden when it came to worrying. Like right now, he knew that he was showing some very clear signs that he was nervous and he was worrying about Branden or somebody letting out the fact that he was nervous when it came to playing football right now and it wasn't even a game. He sat down next to Mark as he tried to think of something to say. "I'm afraid that I'm going to have to bother you for one of you little pep talks again. But you can probably tell that everything is way off out there, at least when it comes to me. Branden's actually on is A game with me for the first time in ages though." He said and then sighed, he was extremely happy that Branden didn't seem to mind playing with him and that all of his mind was actually on playing. It just was him that had a problem now but hopefully that would be fixed by Mark so that the two of them could battle it out..just for fun of course he didn't want it to turn into a huge contest.
Mark listened to what Josh was saying, it was obvious to him that this was the reason why he had came over here. He'd always been the one who had to give him pep talks when it came to things like this. "Well then, where should I start. First off, there's one word that seems to have fallen out of your head relax. Try and pick up on how relaxed Branden is now if you need to. But honestly, if you're doubting any ability that you've got don't. Sure you haven't played in awhile but in my opinion sports are like riding a bike everything comes back to you right away." He said and then leaned forward slightly and looked at the field all of the sitting was getting on his nerves again. Which meant that he'd probably have to get up and move around for a little while soon. His eyes wandered over to Josh again. "You've got to remember that you're just as good as Branden. After all, he didn't teach himself how to play since if I remember right you were the one who basically taught him eighty five percent of what he knows now. But now go out there and show Branden that you've still got it. And while you're at it tell Sean that as soon as I'm off these stupid crutches, he's next." He said and then grinned slightly, he knew that Sean would know exactly what he meant.
((Oh yeah, I broke 1,000 words again))

(running low on muse so hopefully i'll find it)
Katie was a bit suspicious of Josh and Mark. Why would mark stop just to talk? she wasnt as clued in as the other guys were but she tried her best to keep up with everything. She walked over her hair falling down her shoulders today. The slight breeze blowing it about but that was about the extent of it all. She watched sean near too and smiled to Branden letting Sean talk to him first her eyes wandering over to Where josh and Mark were...
Was Josh worried? The Twin lakes High Legend.....worried? about losing to his litte brother? That was not something you heard about eery day.....But she wasnt oing to be the one to mak a big deal about it, he obviously wasnt very ahppya bout it, and the fact that katie could tell taht he was nervous meant that he must have "REALY" been nervous. That wasnt what she was here for though, she wasjust here to cheer on Branden watch him play, that stuff....
Speaking of which she turned her attention back to him her arms wrapping around him lightly she kissed his cheek Hey, you look confident out there she told him quietly. Grin spreading on her face though as she let go of him her bright eyes going from him to sean and then back listening to them as they spoke about lord only knows what

"Maybe that's because I actually am confident." He said and then kissed her back before looking over to where Josh and Mark were. They were so into whatever their conversation that they hadn't even been looking over to where they were. He then looked back to Katie, she probably didn't even really know what was going on. Unless, Sean had explained it to her of course. "Well, I suppose that you have a right to know what's going on right now. Josh is getting a little pep talk from Mark because as you probably noticed he's rather nervous about things." He said and then smiled slightly for once he wasn't the one that needed to have somebody set his mind straight he'd done that all by himself. Then again, he hadn't really relaxed fully until he'd noticed how nervous Josh seemed to be. But still, usually he would needed somebody who was close to him to tell him that things were going to be just fine. Normally that person would be Sean because he was the only one who he would allow close to him when he was sitting there by himself before a game trying to relax.
"I could have told you that Josh would be really nervous about this, since Mark let a little piece of information slip out while we were heading over here. He said that Josh used to get so nervous before a huge game that he looked like he could break down at any moment. But if anybody got near him he'd snap at them so bad they wouldn't do it again and that he'd actually punched a couple of people." He said and then looked over to where the pair were talking, sometimes he thought that Mark was a lot worse with pieces of confidential information then he was. Because at least he wouldn't let things slip all of a sudden years later. Things would just end up coming out all at once with him and that was only when he could trust the person, and when they bothered him about whatever the information was. He then bounced up and down for a few moments as he tried to think of something to say or do. Standing around just to talk was something that was almost impossible for him today. "You know what, if Josh doesn't want to do this then he should let me. Because somebody isn't letting me pace around and sitting there is really hard to do when somebody else is out on the field." He said and then looked over at Katie seriously before he busted out laughing.
((Ok, so that was my first post of the day so things should get better))

Katie smiled just happy to be around well thats good, you should be, theres only like thirty hidden cameras around taping every moment of this she teased him laughing before looking up to the clouds. It was realy looking like it was going to rain soon...Clouds rolling in quickly though it had been very sunny just ten minutes before. That would stink. She doubted she'd leave but she'd probably retreat to the comfort of under the bleachers or something to watch i it started to pour....katie loved a lot of things, she was a brave stouborn girl....But she was deathly afraid of storms and once people saw her throughout them anyone could tell that. Her eyes became a bit worried but she tried to ignore it only hoping that it'd go away soon.
She turned her attention back to sean and Branden nodding as it all began to click why would HE need a pep talk, he's like a living legend she told him smirking looking over to josh. It was true though she could see them out on the field and that he looked like he might need it. Though branden looked pretty good out there and Katie couldnt help but Beam to be with him because of it. She looked up to the sky once more be careful out there looks like its gonna storm soon she told him turning to sean and smirking realy trying hard not to laugh too well if you start pacing ill get nervous and start pacing then ill get more nervous and start biting my nails and I got a manacure yesterday she told him holding out her hand to show him a slightly serious look on her face before she herself couldnt help but just laugh

"Only thirty cameras well, I can deal with just that small amount. Seriously though, I would have thought that Josh would call up a ton of people and tell them that this was going to happen. But I guess that he surprised me yet again by keeping this a small, private affair." He said and then looked over at Sean, he could tell that he had a little too much energy today. But, maybe he'd drag him out here after Josh and him were done. "That's not the only thing but he told me that the only reason he was doing this was because he missed it." He said and then glanced up at the sky, if it started to rain he knew that they'd just keep on going at it. The only time when they'd stop when it was raining is if it started to lightning too much. "Don't worry we'll be careful out there, I'm not going to play if it starts to lightly a lot out since I don't want to get barbecued today." He said and then thought back to Katie's question about why Josh would need a pep talk. "He'd probably need one because he's got major confidence issues but nobody really noticed that except for Mark. I didn't even realize that until today but don't encourage him by saying living legend around him because he's got a big enough ego already." He said and knew that Katie probably wouldn't think that was true today by the way that Josh was acting.
"Don't worry, Branden knows enough not to do something like that unless he wants to know what it felt like when I accidentally hit a live wire in a house when I thought all of the power was off." He said and then smiled, he didn't know if Katie knew about that little fiasco because he'd kept most people out of the loop with that. Branden only knew because he had to tell him how Mark had freaked out since Mark never got freaked out about things. "Fine, I won't pace I'll just hop up and down or something." He said and noticed that Mark was retreating to under the bleachers, if he was doing that then it probably was going to rain. Apparently Josh was done speaking with Mark because he was now heading back over to where they were standing just as a raindrop hit his arm.
((Ack, I would have loved for that post to be longer but I've got to go))

she smirked i dont think he's the one thats full of himself she teased him bright eyes watching him before looking to josh. She knew it'd start raining and she'd stick around even though she just wasnt a ain person it was ok. good, your hott eneough as it is dont get out of my league she said teasing him again. She couldnt help it right there, he opened himself up for that one and Katie was one that just had to take the chance. you know i would have never known that though? He always looks so into the game and does so well she said a bit perplexed still she couldnt imagine how josh was having confidence issues, though mabey it was just today because he hadnt played in so long......
She turned her attention to sean a moment before laughing sean i cant wait to see you as an old man she told him your gonna have so many storys to just blow people away, and to see how they grow by then its just going to be falt out halarious she said laughing. "You're the only one that's in my league missy all the other girls have stuck out a long time ago." He said and then grinned slightly and knew that although he'd been playing around with that it was still true. All of the other girls had just chased after him and fought over each other to try and get his attention but it never had worked until they'd gotten it in a bad way by annoying him. Hopefully everybody would just lay off him now but he knew that probably wasn't going to be true. If somebody tried to steal him away from Katie it wouldn't work, not to mention if they tried it around Sean they'd probably get hurt. He could already tell how he glared at other girls who tried to cut between them the few times they'd been off doing something after he'd asked Katie out. "That's probably because he's the king of covering emotions up that he doesn't want to come out. I think I've only seen him fall apart once in my life. And that was because I'd brought him down with me." He said and knew that was all they were going to get out of him, if he said anymore then Josh would make him pay somehow.
"What, like they'd think that falling through a floor or getting a huge shock because somebody else was stupid and forgot to shut the power off after they said they were was funny? Ok, so they probably would but it wouldn't be as funny as hearing about how a certain person who goes by the name Branden ran away from a dog because it started chasing him wanting to play. And you can't deny it Branden because I have it on tape." He said and knew that he'd probably hear about telling Katie about that later but it was worth it. Since he could still picture that happening and it had to be one of the funniest things that had ever been caught on tape. After Katie took off for the bleachers he did too so that Josh couldn't get any ideas. He made his way under them and then stood next to Katie so that Mark could continue thinking about whatever he was. Since he looked like he was in deep thought about something. And he knew from experience not to interrupt him then.
Mark was in deep thought about something, he was thinking about what the football team's odds were of going to state and winning it again this year. In his mind they were pretty good, because they had their returning players. Not to mention, people thought that the team was destined to be good this year again as they were last year because of the fact that when Josh had played on the varsity team for those years the team had been good. And now that Branden had the same position they just figured that was the case. Now, he didn't see it that way the team wasn't just good because of the fact that Branden played Josh's old position. He knew how hard Branden worked at things, because well he'd basically picked that little detail up from Sean. Since it seemed as if everyday the two were off practicing together at some unknown location. As he came out of that deep thinking he noticed that Katie and Sean had joined him underneath the bleachers. "It's nice to have company down here. But you do realize that I think I might have gotten Josh confident again so now the real fun starts. And by the way Sean, if I were you I'd start warming up now because he kind of hinted at racing Branden and you." He said and looked over to where Sean was, if that did happen he honestly didn't know who would win. Since he knew that Josh was off jogging each day about an hour after Branden left. Since for some reason he didn't want Branden to follow him.
Josh made his way over to where Branden was and then backed up a lot father then he was before and quickly threw the ball and watched as Branden easily caught it. "If it's going to rain then so be it because I am not stopping just because of a little rain." He said to himself a few seconds later he caught the ball that Branden had thrown back at him.

She grinned and i take that with great pride she told him smirk on her face. She knew that he'd had small relationships here and there but from all that she'd heard it'd never been anything major and when he'd asked her out though she'd thought about it before...after the club, she was a little nervous, though having said yes and hanging out with him some more she didnt regret her answer to the slightest and couldnt even imagine turning him down anyways. She liked knowing that he wasnt one of those guys though that would fool around with her and other girls, she'd been in those relationships, and they were NEVER good news. She'd seen some girls around him, even with her there, but he'd never seemed interested and Sean uaually helped out too.
She listened to him and watched him. Knowing exactly what he was talking about the minute he spoke of it. She didnt say anything in nreply. She'd been realy realy sad about the whole situations that had happened in that short ammount of time, but she'd gotten over it, or at least shoved it from her mind for only who knows how long. There were times she didnt even know why cshe couldnt follow her own advice, but it only confused her more thinking about it. Sean caught her attention though taking her from her dreadful daydream....Before she knew it she was laughing again not able to help herself from it yes it will be halarious......no matter how much times change not much can top that she told him looking over to branden trying not to laugh a little you? oh good gracious, thats one im gonna have to see she said smirking, proud at the moment that she had no one to spill her embaressing or otherwise moments about her.....
She watched sean follow looking over at mark though she said nothing until he spoke.Shed kind of drifted into her own dreamworld anyways just staring out at the field a bit tired as it was. she grinned and rolled her eyes. She knew Branden would do just fine whether josh was diong great or not. she looked over at sean a breif moment eyes narrowing a second though there were signs of a grin on her face. She elbowed him real lightly yeah sean, if I were you i'd start warming up now she said in low tones mocking mark a bit though she was just teasing around. She thought it was funny though and couldnt help but put her two sense in see if you wore heels like me you'd never have that problem she told him laughing

"Oh don't worry he has worn heels before. He just doesn't remember it because he was only three at the time. Not that he'd need to now since he's already two inches taller then me." Mark said and knew that Katie had just been teasing Sean but still, he couldn't help but point out the fact that Sean had ended up playing "dress up" with one of their cousins and he'd been dared to wear a pair of heels. It was true about what he said about Sean being two inches taller then him now though because he was. That was just sad thought because he was older yet he was the shorter one now. Josh was taller then Branden by an inch or two so he always got stuff from him about Sean being taller. "But it looks as if Josh finally found his A game." He commented before focusing solely on the game for a bit. Now that both of them were finally confident this certainly would be some entertainment.
Ok, so Sean hadn't been expecting that to come from Mark but he did recall being told that before. And he found it really, really embarrassing. "Well, I wouldn't know because I simply can't remember something like that." He said before hopping up and down a bit, he wasn't warming up it just was that the temperature had dropped a bit and that combined with the fact that he was still too keyed up to stand still made him want to wear the excess energy off somehow. Besides, if he didn't wear that energy off then he'd end up annoying Mark and that could be disastrous then again, he couldn't really throw something at him now. But he probably could get Josh to do something to him and that wasn't a good thing. "Besides, if I wore heels then I'd just be that much more taller then you not to mention I'd probably break my ankle." He said and then looked over at Katie, he didn't know how she could wear heels because it looked like somebody could easily hurt themselves in them.
So Josh was finally ready to play now, well this was going to be fun. He hadn't really played with him in a long time and he knew that Josh probably would end up being surprised by how much better he was. Then again, he knew for a fact that Josh went to every single game since it wasn't too hard to pick him out. Because he was always surrounded by either girls, or old members of the team. Most of the time he was surrounded by members of the team because he didn't think that any girl would want to be around him while he was focused on the game. He watched as Josh caught the ball and then waited for it to be thrown back to him, he knew that he was trying to catch him off guard by throwing it so fast and suddenly. But it wasn't going to happen not when a ton of things were on the line today. And not to mention, Katie was watching and there was no way he wanted to mess up in front of her.
"You know, I don't think that I've seen you play this well around me in a very long time." Josh said and then threw the ball back it was true, usually Branden ended up messing up while the two were playing. It wasn't because he was bad or anything it just was because his nerves would get to him and he'd miss an easy pass or something like that. He knew that he would have been doing that if he hadn't been able to talk to Mark. But now, well he didn't know what was going to happen he assumed that one of them would get tired to just passing the ball around.
