I'll only post the basic things the rest is up to you. You can have an attic or a basement(or both) if you want. Oh and you either must be 18 or older or be living with your family to get a house.
Glendale is where the upper, to middle upper class people live. It is on the west side of town and has some nice views of the sun rising and setting.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on 2 floors 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on 1 floor 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on 2 floors 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom on 1 floor 3 bedrooms one bathroom on 1 floor 2 bedrooms one bathroom on 1 floor
Montbrook is on the east side of town where middle and some lower class people usually live. It's near the zoo.
3 bedrooms 1 bathroom on 1 floor 3 bedrooms one bathroom on 1 floor 2 bedrooms one bathroom on 1 floor 1 bedroom one bathroom on one floor
Bakersfield is where lower and some middle class people live. It's near the highway and the lots are smaller.

Character's name: Ivy Harper Other Family Members: Felicity Harper (mother), Dominic Harper (father), Harmony Harper (older sister), Gwendolyn Harper (younger sister) Plan: Glendale, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on 2 floors Description of home: A classic and beautiful house. The front yard is beautifully landscaped, and in back there is a pool and a tennis court. When you step inside it reminds you of walking into a designer house magazine. Yet, it still is comfortable and welcoming.
