Jay grinned when he heard her say that it wouldn't happen here often. "That was what I was counting on" he said smiling, "Good to hear it confirmed though." He shook his head. "No, you don't have to change your plans for me" he said shaking his head, "If you want to see the flamingos, then to the flamingos we should go." He was happy that she seemed to be perking up again. He didn't like the idea of her being upset, heck he didn't like anyone being upset. He removed his hand from her feeling a little awkward, and placed it in his pocket.
"So, shall we go" he said turning to try and figure out where the door was. He had become a little disoriented since entering the aviary. He looked at her and met her eyes smiling softly. "I have this feeling you know where all the best places in the zoo are" he told her, "Perhaps you could share the knowledge." He paused and then added, "I'm not quite sure what I can do for you in return though" he told her honestly, "I'm sure we can come up with something though."

She smiled softly and looked at him. She debated taking him to the tigers first, but then decided that they would go to see the flamingos first. She looked at his hand as he lifted it off then back to him. She nodded gently. "Then we're off to see the flamengos." She said sweetly. She laughed softly watching him as he looked for the door. She gently took his armand started to steer him in the right direction. "This way." She said sweetly as she let go of his arm and started to lead him out.
"Oh, yes. The zoo has quite a few good places to go, but my favorites are always the aviary, the flamengos, and the tigers. The sea lions and seals on occassion too." She said sweetly looking at him as she led him out of the aviary. She looked around at the people leisurly walking about the paths. She smiled softly and took in a deep breath of the air then looked back to him before she started to lead him down one path past zebras. "Oh, you don't have to pay me back for it. Consider a welcome gift in a way." She said sweetly looking at him then to a group of the zebras that were lazily grazing on the grass as they walked past the exhibit.

He laughed a little when she took his arm to lead him outside. "I feel like I should be a blind person" he told her honestly, "Thanks for showing me though." "Beautiful animals one and all" he said thoughtfully, blinking as the bright sunlight flooded his vision. He took a deep breath and began to follow Nicole looking around him as they made their way through the zoo. "Wow, a welcome gift, now there's something I didn't expect" he said, "I guess that means I'm welcome."
He turned his eyes to a group of zebras grazing on the grass calmly. He admired the way they seemed so tranquil despite the fact that they were there for everybody to gawk at. Still kept looking around to the different animals, always keeping an eye out for the flamingos. "So what is it about the flamingos that you like" he asked Nicole thoughtfully, "Their bright, cheery color? Or something else entirely."

She laughed softly and looked at him. "Well, that's why I'm leading you." She said playfully looking at him with a sweet playful smile. She looked around and shook her head. "It's no problem." She said sweetly as they came up to a tunnel made of wire that had all sorts of plants growing on it. She always loved going through the tunnel and they would come out right infront of the flamingo veiw.
She looked at him and then out to the other end of the tunnel in thought as the flamingo pond came into veiw. She wasn't sure really what it was about the pink birds that she liked, but she always had. They were fun to watch to her. Skimming through the water for creel or shrimp. "I'm not sure, they've just always appealed to me. I think it has something to do with how elegant and regal they look." She said gently looking back to him as they came out of the tunnel. There was a small courtyard and in the middle was the flamingo pond. Her green eyes fell on the pond and she slowly walked over and leaned against the rail as she watched them for a moment.
